"The moment I got in my car after Scott and Angela's engagement session, I began feverishly counting down the days until their 'I do's". I have never encountered a couple who 'fit' so well together before--it was truly hard to see where Angela ended and Scott began. Flash forward to their wedding day and they were as sweet and as excited as I remembered! As their wedding was coming together, I had such a fun time capturing the amazing blush wonderland Angela and Scott had created. Their venue, the intimate Dove Canyon Courtyard, provided the perfect backdrop for the blending of soft blush tones and timeless romantic charm. And their choice of clean and classic table decor had my photographer heart swooning as I captured all of the picture perfect details. The topper to all of the details had to be the adorable tandem display bike, which was perfectly fitted with their Instagram hashtag and a lush flower piece.
On top of amazing details, their way was filled with so many sweet, funny, and touching moments that it is hard to pick my favorite of the day. From a highly anticipated first look, to a tear-jerking Father-Daughter first look, and a heartwarming ceremony--there were so many amazing moments to pick from. However, if I had to pick, I would have to say my favorite wedding day touch was the wishing well they set up in the courtyard. Not only was the well decorated with lush flowers, but the couple also left pennies out so that throughout the night guest could come and leave a wish for the bride and groom! I just loved watching and capturing friends and family visit the well and wish on a penny before throwing it into the water, defiantly a unique moment that I have never seen before!
As their night came to a close, there was just one thing left for this bride and groom to do--make their grand exit through a tunnel of sparklers held up by their loving family and friends. Seeing the joy on their face a they ran through the sparklers was the perfect way to start their happily ever after."
