From Joann Loo Photography: "I envisioned a vintage bohemian theme wedding and pulled together a team of local creatives to make magic. We blended vintage with bohemian and wanted to convey a romantic feel with a touch of wild and organic details. Many of us are new to the industry and it was the first styled shoot for many of us. It was amazing to see the positive attitudes and support from each other.
We had two real-life couples to pose as the brides and grooms. One couple, Brenda and James, were just married this past Saturday! Brenda wore two high-lo bohemian silk chiffon dresses from the Torrance designer Dreamers and Lovers. They were both romantic, dreamy, and casual. The other model, Kayla, wore the Adelaide Lace dress--a more elegant and timeless dress.
Kayla was also our talented makeup artist for the shoot. Hair was done by Muse of Lily from Fountain Valley. Lace Roots Florals of Costa Mesa created the beautiful floral arrangements. Pastries were made by Little Sweet Cravings in Montclair. Jewelry was provided by Petals and Stones. Bella Vita Vintage Rentals of Costa Mesa provided all of the unique vintage furniture and details, and styled each set. We wanted to showcase a range of styles and had five sets for this shoot."
