"When coming up with the concept of our styled shoot, we wanted to showcase our witty and unique out of the box thinking but keep the elegance and beauty of both the couple and decor. Our couple is two Southern California natives that are fun, outgoing and adorable. Our Bride (model) is hilarious! She has a love for Pizza, Mimosas and Italy. Her Groom (model) is a Graphic Designer who loves making art and surfing any place he can. We took these two and combined them with our favorite venue, "The Condors Nest Ranch", and created a breathtaking styled shoot, "A Pop of Italy". To bring Italy to Cali we had a sign in table that reflected the "Love Lock Bridge". Instead of a bride we used a wine rack. All guests sign a lock and put it on the wine rack. Instead of a normal wedding cake we used Pizzas, so they cut the tower of pizzas. We also had a Mimosa and Pop-Tart bar!
The "Pop of Color" is to showcase the Grooms artistic side. You will see color and many floral patterns in the decor, stationary and the Bride and Grooms wardrobe. To keep the elegance and angelic vibe we gave it a sprinkle of old Hollywood flair. Most all decor is DIY! I got a hold of spray paint, wine bottles and old items and went to town. My favorite piece is the cute poem for the wine rack sign in, try not to scan too fast, you don’t want to miss it lol! Our models were just boyfriend and girlfriend when gearing up for the shoot. Cole, our male model actually PROPOSED the morning of the shoot, so all those smiles you see are pure happiness!!!" -Jessie Jo Events
