Rustic Saddlerock Ranch Wedding

"We chose Saddlerock Ranch Vineyard setting in Malibu because of the mountains and landscape. The ceremony view was gorgeous. I wanted rustic/fall colors, and tie that all in with romantic deep-colored wildflowers. My color schemes stuck with dark burgundy, plum, champagne, and lots of green floral accents! Most important was the venue due to the landscape and views. Any photo you take there is breathtaking so we really wanted that wow factor. The second most important splurge was on flowers. I have a very distinct vision for the aesthetic so I didn't skimp on romantic floral arrangements! First of all, they exceeded my expectations! I had a hard time vocalizing to my florists what I wanted because they weren't very traditional "bridal". I wanted them to be rustic, deconstructed and have lots of depth and varying flower types... and that's exactly what I got! As for the ceremony space, we had a large deconstructed green garland strung around the arch which matched the surroundings so beautifully. And our rectangle reception tables had garlands with florals and the round tables had colorful arrangements in the middle. It all ended up working so well together!" -bride
