"Jena and Daniel’s wedding marked not only the start of their marriage but also of their life together in LA, since Daniel had been living in Los Angeles while Jena lived in Seoul, South Korea. They needed an extra-special venue for such a special wedding and were wooed by Cielo Farms' exclusive wine list and gorgeous spaces that juxtapose bright, vineyard-style wood paneling with moody stone structures reminiscent of the Italian countryside. Their day was filled with elegant details, from the paper flowers on the cake to the ceremony’s circle arch made to invoke the image of a wedding ring. They chose a light but bright color palette of oranges and pinks to compliment the hot day and brighten up the gorgeous venue. Jena and David also wanted to include lots of sweet nods to their Korean culture including two crowd favorites: Moscow Mule mug favors etched with “Crazy Hitched Asians” and their mothers’ traditional Korean dresses called Hanbok. Throughout the day, Jena and Daniel’s love for their community was front and center, including the emotional and sweet father-daughter dance, the special ceremony moment where they expressed gratitude to their parents, and their friends’ involvement with the programs and officiating. Their dog even walked down the aisle with the flower girl! Jena and Daniel were so grateful that this day was such a testament to the strength of their community and the beauty of the next chapter of their lives."
